Full Packing Service

  • We provide start to finish comprehensive packing, covering the following:

    • Boxing and labeling all of your small to midsize items

    • Boxing all fragile objects with packing paper

    • Using flat pack boxes for your TVs, mirrors and pictures

    • Placing all hanging clothes in wardrobe boxes

    • Shrink wrapping all upholstered furniture

    • Blanketing and taping all large furniture pieces (on moving day)

  • Our hourly rates for packing are the same rates as normal;

    • $140 for two movers

    • $180 for three movers

    Our packing supplies cost goes as follows;

    • Small Boxes: $3

    • Medium Boxes: $4

    • Large Boxes: $5

    • Wardrobe boxes: $25

    • TV and art boxes: $25

    • Packing Paper (200 sheets): $25

    • Roll of Shrink Wrap (1000 feet): $35

    • Roll of Tape: $4

Office Moves

  • Offices are typically filled with heavy, expensive furniture that likes to stay put. These require more disassembly, more deliberate wrapping, and knowledge on how to lift properly.

    We move a few offices per year and are happy to accommodate. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

  • Office moves require more attention to detail, experience with expensive office furniture, and the ability to deal with nearly every item being a heavy item.

    To accommodate our movers appropriately, we have to pay them accordingly.

    Our starting rates for offices are;

    • $230/hr for three movers

    • $280/hr for four movers

    • $330/hr for five.

Residential Moves

  • During the day of your move, here is what to expect:

    • All large bulky furniture wrapped in moving blankets

    • Shrink wrapping all upholstered furniture

    • Mattresses covered with mattress bags

    • Bed frames disassembled and reassembled

    • Unmounting and wrapping TVs, mirrors and pictures

  • All of our standard moves include:

    1. Our 20-foot box truck with a lift gate

    2. Moving Pads

    3. Two flat dollies

    4. One hand truck

    5. Straps

    Pricing goes as follows:

    • $140/hr for two movers

    • $180/hr for three movers

    • $220/hr for four

    • $4 per roll of tape

    • $10 per mattress bag

    • $35 per roll of shrink wrap

Event Moves

  • Were happy to transport and set up event furniture. We’ve have a few partners that we help and connect with every year. If you need a consistent partner for event set ups please give us a call.

  • Event rates are the same rates as our regular rates;

    • $140 for two movers

    • $180 for three movers

Long Distance Moving

  • For long distance moving we offer three options, depending on the size and distance of your move.

    1. First is the classic option, with our own trucks. We typically reserve this for moves up to 1000 miles from Philadelphia. As further than this it becomes less cost effective.

    2. The second option is for moves farther than 1000 miles, still within the US. We offer the option to use one way rental trucks, and fly our movers back. Slightly more logistics on our end but it will save you thousands.

    3. Our last option is for moves outside of the US. We can coordinate with a shipping company to load their containers and have them ship your belongings anywhere in the world.

    • Our first option is our standard rates:

      • $140 for two movers

      • $180 for three

    • Our second option starts with the same hourly, plus flight costs and travel time.

    • The last option would again begin with our standard rates. Then with the shipping container costs added on top.

Hoisting

  • We provide experienced hoisting services; our process goes as follows:

    1. Remove window and window screen if necessary

    2. Wrap furniture piece with blankets

    3. Wrap piece with shrink wrap

    4. Securly attach harness straps and hoisting rope

    5. Blanket windowsill or balcony ledge

    6. Ensure piece maintains distance from building on all floors

    7. Lift the piece into your new home!

  • All of our hoists begin at a $150 flat fee per item, on top of the regular hourly rate.

    If additional movers are needed it is an additional $50 per mover.
